I'll overwhelm 'serious boxer' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.

British boxer Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the pair met personally to promote next month's bout.

Former two time world boxing king Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.

Boxer's Attitude

"I will damage his features and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I'm going to genuinely try to injure him. That's my goal."

Civil Exchange

Despite such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - usually recognized for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.

Jake Paul rather attacked ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a bout proposal.

Targeting Fury

Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.

"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.

"I respect him for that."

Serious Opponent

In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.

"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.

Jake Paul's History

Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.

He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.

Financial Attraction

However, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, regularly earning substantial paydays.

Prediction and Confidence

The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would prevent the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.

"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.

Size Disparity

As both boxers engaged in the usual stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it highlighted just how surprising this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is actually going ahead.
